Returns & Refund Policy

We always do our best to deliver products you love, however, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt in the first instance, by following the procedure below. In all scenarios, our policies last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you an exchange, return or refund.

Returns Procedure

Please email us at info@highlandartprint.co.uk, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.
We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours, and when we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.
Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in - with regret, we can't accept a return without its original packaging
Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.
We process all refunds within 5 working days.

WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKING/BOXES THAT YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVED IN. AS WITH REGRET WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE PICTURE OR SCULPTURE IS NOT SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Faulty or not as described

In this case we will pay for the return postage as long as you inform us within the time schedule stated above. If you have simply just changed your mind then you must pay for return postage.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that we cannot replace a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
